What’s In It for You
• Join a collaborative HR team that values knowledge sharing, mentorship, and strong onboarding support
• Gain exposure to both disability management and broader HR initiatives and projects
• Work in a flexible hybrid environment with opportunities to collaborate across multiple locations
• Be part of a workplace that values thoughtful decision-making, employee wellbeing, and continuous improvement

Your Responsibilities
• You’ll manage STD, LTD, and non-occupational return-to-work and accommodation cases, ensuring compliant and employee-focused outcomes
• In this role, you’ll assess accommodation requests and support the development of individualized return-to-work plans
• You’ll collaborate with employees, leaders, and third-party providers to coordinate disability management processes
• You’ll support learning and development administration through LMS coordination, training assignments, and event logistics
• You’ll maintain accurate HR documentation, reporting, and case tracking to support data-driven decision making
• You’ll contribute to HR initiatives and projects as organizational priorities evolve

Skills and Qualifications
• 3+ years of progressive HR experience with a strong focus on disability management and return-to-work planning
• Experience managing complex STD, LTD, and medical accommodation cases
• Knowledge of accommodation practices, employee wellness support, and disability management processes
• Experience supporting HR programs or projects from initiation through completion
• Familiarity with LMS platforms, ideally Dayforce Learning, is considered an asset
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills with the ability to manage sensitive information professionally
• Post-secondary diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
