About the Opportunity
An established national healthcare organization is seeking an experienced Project Delivery Lead to oversee a large-scale digital transformation initiative focused on modernizing physician application and credentialing services. Reporting to the Senior Portfolio Manager, this leadership role will guide enterprise-wide delivery efforts, ensuring strategic alignment, operational integration, and successful transformation outcomes across a highly visible program.

Your Responsibilities
  • You’ll provide strategic leadership across a portfolio of interconnected digital transformation projects, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and delivery priorities
  •  In this role, you’ll oversee governance frameworks, delivery standards, risk management practices, and executive reporting across multiple workstreams
  • You’ll act as the senior point of contact for software vendors, external partners, and stakeholders, managing escalations and driving alignment across delivery teams
  • You’ll partner with executive sponsors and business leaders to define program scope, success metrics, and transformation roadmaps
  • You’ll lead cross-functional teams, including internal staff, contractors, and vendor resources, fostering a collaborative and high-performing delivery culture
  • You’ll champion organizational readiness and change management activities to support sustainable adoption of new capabilities and services
Skills and Qualifications
  • 10–15 years of progressive experience leading enterprise-scale digital transformation or program delivery initiatives
  • Proven experience managing complex transformation programs within healthcare, public sector, education, or similarly regulated environments
  • Strong expertise in governance frameworks, program delivery methodologies, organizational change management, and executive stakeholder engagement
  • Demonstrated experience overseeing COTS implementations, systems integrations, data migration initiatives, and vendor management activities
  • Advanced proficiency with MS Office 365, Teams, SharePoint, MS Project, Power BI, Asana, and related enterprise delivery tools
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM and Dynamics 365 is a big asset
  • Familiarity with Agile delivery environments and tools such as Jira or Microsoft DevOps is preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Health Administration, or a related field.
  • A master’s degree and certifications such as PMP, PgMP, Prosci, SAFe, or ITIL are considered strong assets
