About the Opportunity
Are you passionate about connecting great people with meaningful opportunities? We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to play a key role in supporting hiring initiatives within a dynamic manufacturing environment. Reporting to the Senior HR Manager, you will partner closely with operational leaders and HR stakeholders to deliver full-cycle recruitment solutions that support business growth and workforce planning objectives.

This is an exciting opportunity to join the organization in a newly created role supporting the Brampton manufacturing facility. As hiring demand continues to grow, you will help establish and strengthen recruitment processes, build talent pipelines, and shape workforce strategies that support both current and future business needs. You'll collaborate with leaders across production, engineering, quality, supply chain, and plant operations to attract top talent and create an exceptional candidate experience.

What’s In It for You
• Competitive annual salary ranging from $70,000 to $85,000, based on experience and qualifications
• Quarterly incentive program and RRSP contribution opportunities
• Comprehensive employer-paid benefits package, including health, dental, life insurance, paramedical services, and a health spending account
• Tuition assistance and ongoing professional development opportunities
• A workplace that values collaboration, continuous improvement, and employee growth
• Wellness reimbursement programs and employee-focused social events throughout the year
• Modern, climate-controlled manufacturing facility and a culture focused on long-term career stability

Your Responsibilities
• You'll lead full-cycle recruitment for high-volume hourly manufacturing roles, while supporting recruitment for salaried professional positions as needed
• You'll develop tailored recruitment strategies, including sourcing, advertising, and candidate engagement plans for each open position
• You'll build and maintain talent pipelines through job boards, social media, employee referrals, networking, and industry associations
• You'll conduct behavioural and competency-based interviews and assess candidates against business requirements and team fit
• You'll partner with hiring leaders to understand workforce needs and deliver effective hiring solutions in a fast-paced production environment
• You'll manage all stages of the recruitment process, including interview coordination, offer delivery, onboarding support, and candidate communication
• You'll track recruitment metrics, maintain ATS data integrity, support employer branding initiatives, and promote inclusive hiring practices

Skills and Qualifications
• 3-5 years of progressive full-cycle recruitment experience within manufacturing, industrial, or high-volume hiring environments
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
• Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed
• Strong interviewing, candidate assessment, and negotiation skills
• Knowledge of employment legislation, recruitment best practices, and diversity and inclusion principles
• Excellent relationship-building, communication, organizational, and time management skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining confidentiality, professionalism, and attention to detail

Note from the Hiring Manager
"We’re looking for someone who enjoys building relationships, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is excited by the opportunity to help establish and grow talent acquisition efforts at our Brampton facility. This is a chance to make a meaningful impact and help shape the future of our workforce."
