About the Opportunity
A leading consulting environment is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of a Dynamics 365 CE implementation program. In this role, you’ll work closely with business leaders, IT teams, subject matter experts, and external vendors to ensure successful project delivery from initiation through implementation. You’ll play a key role in aligning stakeholders, managing dependencies, and maintaining strong governance throughout the program lifecycle.

Your Responsibilities
• You’ll develop and maintain integrated project plans across workstreams, dependencies, milestones, and delivery phases
• In this role, you’ll coordinate scheduling and availability of business stakeholders, SMEs, and third-party vendors
• You’ll oversee project execution to ensure deliverables are completed on time, within scope, and aligned to quality expectations
• You’ll monitor progress across functional, technical, integration, and data workstreams
• You’ll establish and manage governance processes including RAID logs, change control, escalation management, and status reporting
• In this role, you’ll act as the primary coordination point between business, IT, and external delivery partners
• You’ll manage resource allocation, team interdependencies, and delivery readiness, including tools, environments, and access requirements
• You’ll provide clear and proactive reporting to leadership on milestones, risks, issues, and overall project health

Skills and Qualifications
• 5+ years of progressive project management experience within enterprise transformation or technology delivery environments
• Proven experience leading Dynamics 365 CE or large-scale CRM implementation projects
• Strong understanding of project governance, delivery frameworks, and stakeholder management practices
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and cross-functional delivery environments
• Experience using DevOps, MS Project, or related project management tools
• Exceptional communication, facilitation, and presentation skills
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities in fast-paced environments
