About the Opportunity

Altis Recruitment is partnering with a national non for profit organization to support certification and compliance-related processes. This team plays an important role in ensuring documentation is completed accurately and efficiently to support ongoing operational and regulatory requirements.

The team is seeking detail-oriented administrative support to assist with a growing backlog of certification and document processing activities. You’ll work closely with Prevention and Safety, Customer Service, and Operations teams to help maintain organized records, process documentation, and support daily administrative functions in a fast-paced environment.

Your Responsibilities

  • You’ll process PDF documentation, including extracting and applying signatures accurately
  • In this role, you’ll complete and verify documentation, checklists, and certification-related records
  • You’ll send outgoing documentation and correspondence while supporting administrative requests
  • You’ll maintain organized records within Excel spreadsheets and CRM systems
  • You’ll support scanning, printing, and document preparation activities for operational teams
  • You’ll manage incoming mail, postage requirements, and inventory monitoring for office supplies
  • You’ll identify discrepancies or missing information to help maintain accurate records and documentation standards

Skills and Qualifications

  • 1+ years of administrative or clerical experience
  • University education preferred
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage repetitive and process-driven tasks
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and general document management tools
  • Comfortable working with PDF documentation and administrative systems
  • Professional, organized, and reliable with strong communication skills
  • Able to work fully on-site in a fast-paced operational environment
