  • You’ll coordinate cross-functional stakeholders across IT, Retail Operations, Merchandise, and Loss Prevention to ensure alignment on scope, timelines, and execution
  • You’ll oversee store readiness, cutover planning, and in-store deployment activities to support successful go-live execution
  • In this role, you’ll proactively identify project risks, escalate issues when required, and recommend practical solutions
  • You’ll manage vendor relationships and ensure delivery milestones, SLAs, and implementation expectations are met
  • You’ll support field engagement and change management efforts to drive adoption and operational success

  • Experience delivering multi-store or multi-region deployments, including pilot programs and phased rollouts
  • Strong understanding of retail operations, store workflows, and operational change impacts
  • Experience managing implementations involving both hardware and software components
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for business audiences
