An established and growing organization is seeking a Senior IT Manager to lead the evolution of enterprise technology operations, cloud infrastructure, and security practices. Your Responsibilities

• You’ll define and execute enterprise IT strategies aligned with operational, security, and digital transformation goals

• In this role, you’ll lead teams across IT Operations, Cloud Engineering, DevOps, and Enterprise Applications

• You’ll oversee cloud infrastructure across AWS and Azure environments, ensuring scalability, security, and cost optimization

• You’ll drive DevOps and DevSecOps maturity, including CI/CD pipeline automation, infrastructure-as-code, and embedded security controls

• You’ll establish and maintain governance frameworks aligned with NIST CSF, ISO 27001, SOC 2, and ITIL best practices

• In this role, you’ll oversee IAM initiatives including SSO, MFA, RBAC, PAM, and Zero Trust implementation

• You’ll manage enterprise applications and CRM platforms while ensuring system reliability, data integrity, and operational continuity

 

Skills and Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive experience in IT leadership, infrastructure, cloud operations, or cybersecurity leadership roles

• Strong expertise managing cloud platforms including AWS and/or Azure environments

• Hands-on experience with DevOps and DevSecOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation

• Deep understanding of IAM frameworks, Zero Trust principles, and enterprise security standards

• Experience implementing ITSM and ITIL-based operational processes, including incident, change, and release management

• Familiarity with enterprise observability, monitoring, disaster recovery, and business continuity planning

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams
