About the Opportunity
A well-established national professional association is seeking a Temporary Bilingual Coordinator to support a busy member services and education team during a medical leave coverage period. This is a fast-paced, highly collaborative role where your ability to communicate clearly, stay organized, and deliver excellent service will have a direct impact on members and students across Canada.
Working closely with internal coordinators and administrative teams, you’ll help ensure inquiries are handled efficiently and service levels remain high during a critical period. This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys customer interaction, thrives in an administrative environment, and is confident managing communications in both English and French.

Your Responsibilities
• You’ll respond to student and member inquiries by phone and email in both English and French
• You’ll process course registrations and assist with general enrollment support
• In this role, you’ll triage inquiries and redirect requests to the appropriate internal coordinator
• You’ll support day-to-day administrative and operational activities to maintain service levels
• You’ll manage shared inbox follow-ups and help ensure pending requests are addressed promptly
• You’ll provide a positive and professional customer service experience for members and students
Skills and Qualifications
• 2+ years of experience in customer service, administration, coordination, or member support roles
• Fully bilingual in English and French, with strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience handling high-volume phone and email inquiries in a professional environment
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize competing tasks effectively
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment with minimal supervision
• Previous experience supporting students, members, or professional associations is considered an asset
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general administrative systems
