As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll work closely with customers, carriers, couriers, vendors, and internal teams to support order flow from start to finish. Your attention to detail will help ensure shipments, records, reports, and invoices are handled accurately and on time.

Your Responsibilities
• You’ll respond to customer inquiries, orders, and requests by phone and email, ensuring information is entered accurately into internal systems
• In this role, you’ll process inbound and outbound orders, including ASN and EDI transactions
• You’ll schedule and coordinate appointments with LTL carriers, couriers, and other transportation partners
• You’ll collect, generate, and maintain accurate data related to order inflow and outflow
• You’ll maintain transaction records and support month-end invoicing processes
• You’ll manage inventory counts and prepare customer reports as needed
• You’ll support general administrative tasks, including phone handling, file maintenance, and data entry
Skills and Qualifications
• 1+ year of administrative experience, preferably in logistics, warehousing, distribution, or transportation
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with confidence supporting customers by phone and email
• Fast and accurate data entry skills, with strong attention to detail
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Access
• Ability to work independently, manage changing priorities, and learn new processes quickly
• A proactive, organized approach and comfort working in a busy warehouse environment
