About the Opportunity

In this hands-on role, you will work on a variety of electro-mechanical systems, helping keep operations running safely and efficiently through expert diagnostics, maintenance, and repair.

Your Responsibilities
• You’ll perform on-site preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on motors, pumps, gearboxes, and related systems
• You’ll install and remove equipment, ensuring proper setup and safe operation
• In this role, you’ll conduct electrical and mechanical testing to diagnose issues accurately
• You’ll support equipment start-ups and provide technical guidance to customers as needed
• You’ll document service activities and follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction
Skills and Qualifications
• 3+ years of experience in an electro-mechanical, millwright, or industrial mechanic role
• Certification or background as a Motor Systems Technician, Millwright, or Industrial Mechanic
• Hands-on experience working with electric motors and rotating equipment
• Proficiency with diagnostic tools and troubleshooting techniques
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to customer sites
• Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset
• Experience with VFDs, soft starters, vibration analysis, or balancing is considered an asset
