Vos responsabilités
• Vous effectuerez et superviserez la maintenance préventive et les inspections des systèmes CVAC, de plomberie et électriques
• Vous répondrez aux demandes de service des locataires de manière rapide et professionnelle
• Vous assurerez l’apparence et la sécurité des immeubles en identifiant les enjeux de façon proactive
• Vous diagnostiquerez les problèmes techniques et proposerez des solutions efficaces
• Vous coordonnerez et superviserez les fournisseurs externes afin de respecter les échéanciers et les normes
• Vous maintiendrez des registres précis des équipements, lectures et systèmes de clés
• Vous communiquerez régulièrement avec la gestion immobilière concernant les opérations et les besoins des locataires

Compétences et qualifications
• 3 à 5 ans d’expérience en exploitation ou maintenance d’immeubles dans un environnement commercial, industriel ou résidentiel
• Bilinguisme requis, français et anglais, à l’oral et à l’écrit
• Bonne connaissance des systèmes du bâtiment, des normes de sécurité et des réglementations en vigueur
• Permis de conduire valide et accès à un véhicule
• Excellentes aptitudes en résolution de problèmes et en gestion des priorités
• Fortes compétences interpersonnelles et orientation service à la clientèle
• Connaissances informatiques de base et aisance avec les outils de suivi

Your Responsibilities
• You’ll perform and oversee preventative maintenance and inspections across HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems
• You’ll respond to tenant service requests promptly and professionally, ensuring high service standards
• You’ll maintain the appearance and safety of buildings, identifying and addressing issues proactively
• You’ll troubleshoot technical problems and recommend effective solutions
• You’ll coordinate and supervise external contractors to ensure work meets timelines and standards
• You’ll maintain logs, equipment readings, and key control systems with accuracy
• You’ll communicate regularly with property management regarding building operations and tenant needs

Skills and Qualifications
• 3 to 5 years of experience in building operations or maintenance within commercial, industrial, or residential real estate
• Bilingual proficiency in French and English, both spoken and written
• Strong knowledge of building systems, safety standards, and applicable regulations
• Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle
• Solid problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer service mindset
• Basic computer proficiency and comfort with reporting tools
