Job Description

Location: Toronto, ON (On-site with travel across Scarborough and downtown areas)
Language: Strong written and verbal English communication required

About the Opportunity
This is a unique opportunity to step into a hands-on, field-based role supporting data collection initiatives across Toronto. You will play a key role in gathering real-time market insights, helping inform pricing strategies and operational decisions within a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Working closely with senior leadership, including direct exposure to executive-level stakeholders, you will act as a critical link between field observations and internal reporting. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being out in the field, is detail-oriented, and thrives in a role that combines independence with collaboration.

Your Responsibilities
• You’ll travel to assigned locations across Toronto to collect pricing and site data using your own vehicle
• You’ll document and input collected data accurately into Excel and internal tracking tools
• You’ll follow daily and weekly routes, adjusting based on evolving priorities and guidance
• You’ll communicate findings and updates directly to leadership, ensuring clarity and accuracy
• You’ll manage mileage tracking and submit weekly reports for reimbursement

Skills and Qualifications
• Entry-level experience, with strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
• Valid G driver’s licence and access to a reliable personal vehicle
• Familiarity with Toronto and surrounding areas is strongly preferred
• Basic Excel skills for data entry and tracking
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with senior stakeholders
• Highly organized and able to work independently while managing time effectively
