Light Labour - INT

Our client, a municipal organization in Milton, is currently seeking Site Assistants/Labourers to support the cleaning and maintenance of their waste management site. This is a short-term contract opportunity expected to run for approximately 2–3 weeks.

This is a fully outdoor position that involves working on uneven terrain and performing physical duties, including lifting up to 20 lbs. Candidates must be comfortable working in varying weather conditions.

Schedule:
Tuesday to Friday | 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with daily container station operations and direct customers on-site
• Inspect incoming loads to ensure materials meet site guidelines and requirements
• Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the site
• Support general labour duties as required

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a warehouse, landscaping, labour, or similar hands-on environment
• Comfortable working outdoors for the full shift in various weather conditions
• Ability to perform physical work and lift up to 20 lbs
• CSA-approved steel-toe safety footwear required
