About the Opportunity
This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Business Analyst with deep ServiceNow expertise to support enterprise-level HR and IT initiatives within a large, complex environment. You will play a key role in shaping how business needs are translated into scalable, user-focused ServiceNow solutions, with a strong emphasis on HR Service Delivery.
Working closely with cross-functional teams across IT, HR, and shared services, you will help drive process improvements, streamline workflows, and ensure alignment between business goals and technical delivery. Your Responsibilities
• You’ll collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and prioritize business requirements across HR and IT functions
• You’ll translate business needs into clear user stories with well-defined acceptance criteria
• In this role, you’ll facilitate workshops and interviews to uncover opportunities for process improvement
• You’ll work closely with development teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of solutions
• You’ll support agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives
• You’ll contribute to solution design, ensuring alignment with ServiceNow best practices and technical feasibility
• You’ll lead testing efforts, including test planning, scripting, and user validation
Skills and Qualifications
• 3–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a strong focus on ServiceNow HRSD and ITSM
• Post-secondary education in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
• Proven experience creating user stories, acceptance criteria, and managing agile backlogs
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow modules including HR, IT, and SIR
• ServiceNow certifications such as CSA or CIS are preferred
• Familiarity with ServiceNow Agile 2.0 and automated testing tools such as ATF
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement skills
