As a Digital Strategist, you will play a central role in connecting research, product, marketing, and learning teams to deliver seamless, user-centered digital experiences across a growing ecosystem of platforms.
Working closely with senior leaders and diverse stakeholders, you will help define and evolve how audiences engage with digital content, tools, and services. From public-facing websites to learning platforms and data-driven dashboards, your work will directly influence how users discover, interact with, and benefit from impactful digital initiatives.

Your Responsibilities
• You’ll lead the evolution of digital platforms, ensuring they are user-centered, accessible, and aligned with organizational goals
• You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product roadmaps and deliver scalable, high-impact digital solutions
• You’ll translate user needs and business objectives into clear user journeys, experience frameworks, and optimization strategies
• You’ll establish and maintain UX and UI standards across websites, portals, and learning platforms
• You’ll leverage analytics, user research, and performance data to identify opportunities and continuously improve engagement and conversion
• You’ll communicate insights, recommendations, and trade-offs to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Skills and Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Digital Media, Information Systems, Learning Experience Design, Business, or a related field
• 5-7 years of progressive experience in digital strategy, including experience leading and maintaining complex digital product ecosystems
• Experience leading or supporting digital transformation initiatives involving learning platforms, client portals, or large-scale user engagement systems
• Strong expertise in UX/UI principles, digital platforms, and content management systems such as WordPress or Drupal
• Experience working with analytics tools, dashboards, and data visualization to inform decisions
• Certifications in Agile, UX, Digital Transformation, or Project Management are considered strong assets
