Your Responsibilities
• You’ll lead and execute regional sales strategies, driving revenue growth and market expansion across Eastern and Atlantic Canada
• You’ll build and strengthen relationships with distribution partners, identifying new opportunities for collaboration and growth
• You’ll inspire and coach a team of Account Executives, setting clear targets and fostering a high-performance culture
• You’ll oversee annual business planning, aligning regional goals with broader organizational objectives
• You’ll translate market insights and client feedback into strategic recommendations for product and marketing innovation
• You’ll represent the organization at industry events, ensuring strong brand presence and adherence to compliance standards
Skills and Qualifications
• 10+ years of progressive sales experience, including 5+ years in group insurance
• 5+ years of leadership experience in sales management and team development
• Strong network within the group insurance and financial services industry
• Deep knowledge of insurance products, distribution channels, and regulatory requirements
• Proven ability to build strategic partnerships and execute business plans
• Bilingual proficiency in English and French, with strong communication and presentation skills
• Experience with CRM tools and digital platforms, combined with strong organizational abilities
