Your Responsibilities
• Provide expert risk guidance, oversight, and assurance to enterprise and divisional partners, ensuring alignment with established frameworks
• Lead the development and execution of risk management strategies that support business objectives and regulatory compliance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify risks, improve processes, and design effective control frameworks
• Assess the effectiveness of existing controls and recommend enhancements based on evolving industry standards
• Act as a trusted advisor, supporting risk mitigation for new products, services, and business initiatives
• Leverage analytical tools to evaluate financial and operational risks and support data-driven decision-making
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders, establishing credibility as a risk and compliance thought leader

Skills and Qualifications
• 5+ years of experience in risk management ideally with banking or financial services
• Chartered Accountant, MBA, or equivalent degree in finance, law, or risk management
• Strong knowledge of risk assessment methodologies, control frameworks, and regulatory compliance
• Experience with financial and operational risk analysis, including use of analytical tools and modeling techniques
• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement risk strategies aligned with business goals
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to assess and mitigate risk exposure
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage senior leadership and cross-functional teams
