As a Senior Financial Analyst, External Reporting, you will play a key role in shaping how financial results are communicated to stakeholders, with a strong focus on MD&A and performance reporting.

Your Responsibilities

• You’ll lead the preparation of MD&A, delivering clear, insightful commentary on financial performance and key business drivers
• You’ll develop and present non-GAAP metrics and supporting disclosures, ensuring consistency and transparency
• You’ll analyze financial results, identify trends and variances, and translate findings into meaningful insights for leadership
• You’ll collaborate cross-functionally to gather, validate, and synthesize financial and operational data for reporting
• You’ll support quarterly and annual reporting cycles, ensuring accuracy and alignment across all disclosures
• You’ll partner with internal stakeholders to enhance performance reporting frameworks and improve reporting processes
• You’ll mentor junior team members, supporting their development and contributing to a strong team environment

Skills and Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in external reporting in a publicly-listed company
• CPA designation with strong understanding of IFRS financial reporting and performance analysis
• Proven experience preparing MD&A and working with non-GAAP financial measures
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into clear business insights
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present financial narratives effectively
• Experience with reporting tools such as Workiva or Oracle is an asset
