About the Opportunity
This is an opportunity to take on a pivotal role shaping enterprise-level CRM solutions within a complex, fast-paced environment. As a Dynamics 365 CE Solution Architect, you will define end-to-end architecture across customer engagement capabilities, ensuring solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned to evolving business needs.
You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including business stakeholders, developers, and project leaders, acting as a trusted advisor throughout the delivery lifecycle. Working within a large, enterprise setting, your expertise will directly influence how customer-facing services are designed and delivered.

Your Responsibilities
• You’ll define and deliver comprehensive solution architecture across functional, technical, integration, and data domains
• You’ll lead the development of solution blueprints, including architecture, security, testing, and environment strategies
• You’ll conduct fit-gap analysis to align business requirements with platform capabilities and recommend optimal approaches
• You’ll review and validate functional design documents to ensure alignment with business processes and system design
• You’ll support project planning and sprint design, ensuring dependencies and deliverables are clearly defined
• You’ll maintain architecture governance through design reviews, decision logs, and alignment with risks and assumptions
Skills and Qualifications
• 8+ years of experience implementing enterprise CRM solutions, including Microsoft Dynamics 365
• Strong expertise in Dynamics 365 CE, including Sales and Customer Service modules
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI
• Deep understanding of Dataverse, including data modeling, relationships, and security frameworks
• Experience with Azure integration services such as Logic Apps, Functions, and Service Bus
• Proven ability to lead architecture discussions, manage stakeholders, and communicate complex concepts clearly
