Job Overview:

Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Bilingual Data Entry Clerk to join their team on a full-time remote contract. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining financial records in our system. This role requires strong attention to detail, efficiency, and familiarity with financial data, invoices, and transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enter and verify data with a high level of accuracy and speed.
  • Maintain and update records in databases and spreadsheets.
  • Reconcile data discrepancies and ensure data integrity.
  • Assist with financial reporting and document organization.
  • Follow data confidentiality and compliance guidelines.
  • Communicate with finance teams to ensure accurate data entry.

Requirements:

  • Experience: At least 1 year of experience in data entry.
  • Skills: Strong typing speed and accuracy.
  • Attention to Detail: Ability to spot errors and maintain data integrity.
  • Remote Work Skills: Self-motivated with excellent time management.
  • Bilingual:  French/English
