Job Description

Location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid, 2–3 days on-site at 215 Huron Street, alternating weekly)
Language: English, strong written and verbal communication required
Duration: 8-month contract (mid-May 2026 to January 2027)

About the Opportunity
This is an exciting opportunity to support a large-scale SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central implementation within a complex, multi-stakeholder environment. You will play a key role in bridging business needs and technical delivery, helping shape the transition from planning into the build and development phase.

Working alongside project leaders, technical teams, and business stakeholders, you will contribute to a high-impact transformation initiative. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys collaborative problem-solving and thrives in structured environments such as public sector, education, or similarly regulated industries.

Your Responsibilities
• You’ll support the transition of the Employee Central implementation into the build and development phase
• You’ll participate in negotiation discussions to help finalize the implementation statement of work
• You’ll collaborate with the project team to prepare key project artifacts aligned to the agreed SOW
• You’ll help coordinate and contribute to internal and project kick-off activities
• You’ll provide business analysis support throughout the design and build phases, ensuring requirements are clearly defined and aligned

Skills and Qualifications
• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on enterprise system implementations
• Hands-on experience implementing SAP SuccessFactors, specifically Employee Central
• Strong understanding of HR systems, data structures, and business process mapping
• Experience supporting project planning artifacts and working with statements of work
• Ability to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Experience in public sector, education, or similarly structured environments is considered an asset
