Location: Richmond, BC (Hybrid, 3 days on-site per week)

About the Opportunity
This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a large-scale Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) transformation within a public sector environment. As an Asset Management System Analyst, you will play a key role in implementing Phase 2 of a system reconfiguration project, helping modernize how infrastructure assets and work management processes are supported through technology.

Working closely with a collaborative internal team, including a Project Manager, Business Analyst, and System Analyst, you will help bridge business needs with technical solutions. Your work will directly support improved service delivery and long-term asset planning, making a meaningful impact on how essential services are managed and delivered.

Your Responsibilities
• You’ll collaborate with business and technical teams to understand current challenges related to work management and asset planning within the EAM system
• You’ll document and streamline business processes to improve efficiency and system usability
• You’ll gather, validate, and present asset data to stakeholders for approval and system integration
• You’ll engage with functional teams and GIS partners to review and refine asset data
• You’ll perform requirements analysis and develop detailed configuration documentation
• You’ll troubleshoot system, data, and technical issues to support implementation success
• You’ll contribute to Agile ceremonies and develop user stories as part of the project team

Skills and Qualifications
• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, System Analyst, or similar role within IT environments
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent experience
• Experience with HxGN EAM or similar enterprise asset management systems, ideally within utilities, parks, or facilities environments
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and project delivery frameworks
• Proven ability to analyze, document, and improve business processes and system interactions
• Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving skills
• Certifications such as IAM, IPWEA, PEMAC, PMP, CSM, or CSPO are considered assets
