About the Opportunity

As a Process Documentation Specialist, you will play a key role in capturing and translating day-to-day workflows into clear, practical documentation that supports teams across construction, maintenance, and store operations.
Working closely with subject matter experts, you will help create a reliable source of truth for processes that are critical to business success. Your work will enable teams to operate more efficiently, reduce reliance on informal knowledge, and ensure consistency across functions.

Your Responsibilities
• You’ll author and maintain standard operating procedures, work instructions, and process guidelines that support daily operations
• You’ll translate complex or informal workflows into clear, step-by-step documentation that is easy to follow
• You’ll collaborate with subject matter experts to capture, validate, and refine process details
• You’ll apply consistent templates, formatting, and naming conventions across all documentation
• You’ll manage document version control and updates to ensure accuracy and relevance
• You’ll review existing materials to identify gaps, inconsistencies, and outdated content
• You’ll support continuous improvement by documenting new and updated processes
Skills and Qualifications
• 3+ years of experience authoring SOPs and process documentation
• Proven ability to simplify complex, cross-functional processes into clear written guidance
• Experience with document control practices, including versioning and updates
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Office tools
• Experience managing documentation within SharePoint or similar platforms
• Experience with process mapping tools such as Visio or Lucidchart is considered an asset
• Background in construction, facilities, real estate, or operations environments is preferred
