This opportunity sits within a well-established organization in the transportation and logistics sector, where accuracy and efficiency are critical to daily operations. As a Billing Clerk, you will support essential financial processes that keep services running smoothly and clients informed, working alongside a collaborative and detail-driven team.
In this role, you will contribute directly to billing accuracy by reviewing invoices, resolving discrepancies, and maintaining clear, reliable records. You will partner with both billing and operations teams, gaining exposure to cross-functional processes while playing a key role in ensuring service agreements are reflected correctly in all billing activities.

Your Responsibilities
• You’ll review and validate invoices, ensuring billing amounts align with system data and service agreements
• You’ll cross-check billing details to confirm accuracy before invoices are finalized
• You’ll respond to billing inquiries, investigating and resolving discrepancies in a timely and professional manner
• You’ll collaborate with internal teams to verify invoicing details and address any inconsistencies
• You’ll maintain accurate records of billing adjustments and client communications
• You’ll prepare reports and support billing analysis to improve tracking and efficiency
• You’ll assist with additional billing tasks and special projects as needed
Skills and Qualifications
• 1–2 years of experience in billing, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, or a related role, or experience within transportation, logistics, supply chain, or 3PL environments
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills, assessment required
• High attention to detail with the ability to accurately review large volumes of data
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills for handling billing inquiries
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
