Job Description

Location: Vaughan, ON (Hybrid  - 2-3 days on-site a week presence as needed)
Duration: 12-month contract with potential for extension or full-time conversion.
Pay rates: $45-58/HR

This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior System Analyst to play a key role in advancing digital transformation within a complex, multi-site healthcare environment. You will contribute to the development and integration of both clinical and non-clinical systems that directly support the delivery of safe, high-quality care.

Working alongside cross-functional teams including technical experts, business stakeholders, and external vendors, you will help modernize workflows and enable scalable, secure solutions. Your Responsibilities
• You’ll design, develop, and support custom applications using tools such as Power Apps, C#/.NET, and Power BI
• You’ll build and maintain secure APIs and system integrations, enabling seamless data exchange across platforms
• You’ll collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and guide solutions through the full system lifecycle
• You’ll develop and implement AI-enabled features using Microsoft Copilot and Azure-based technologies
• You’ll troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues while ensuring optimal performance across environments
• You’ll contribute to system upgrades, governance standards, and continuous improvement initiatives

Skills and Qualifications
• 5+ years of progressive experience in IT, supporting complex enterprise systems
• Strong development experience with C#/.NET, JavaScript, Power Platform, and Microsoft 365 technologies
• Preferred: Experience with AI tools, including Copilot, Azure OpenAI, prompt engineering, and automation solutions
• Advanced expertise in SQL, including performance tuning and ETL processes
• Proven experience with API development, RESTful services, and system integrations
• Hands-on experience with Azure services such as App Services, Functions, and Azure SQL
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
