About the Opportunity
This is a hands-on IT role that blends Service Desk support with a strong focus on IT asset management. You will play a critical part in ensuring employees have the tools they need to work effectively, while maintaining the accuracy and integrity of IT assets across their full lifecycle. It is a detail-driven position where your work directly supports daily operations and long-term planning.
Working within a structured IT environment, you will collaborate closely with service desk analysts, technicians, and operations teams. Your ability to stay organized, manage competing priorities, and contribute to process improvements will help create a seamless and reliable technology experience across the organization.

Your Responsibilities
• You’ll support day-to-day Service Desk operations, assisting with technical issues, device readiness, and equipment requests
• You’ll manage the full lifecycle of IT assets, including laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals
• You’ll prepare and configure devices for deployment, ensuring they meet security and build standards
• You’ll track, reconcile, and maintain accurate asset records within management systems
• You’ll coordinate equipment staging, inventory control, and storage organization
• You’ll analyze asset data using Excel to identify trends, gaps, and improvement opportunities
• You’ll assist with procurement, forecasting, and compliant disposal of IT equipment
Skills and Qualifications
• 3+ years of experience in IT support, service desk, or asset management roles
• Strong Excel skills, including formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis
• Solid technical understanding of end-user hardware, laptops, and mobile devices
• Experience with IT service management tools or asset tracking systems is an asset
• High attention to detail with strong organizational and process-driven skills
• Ability to manage physical assets and data with accuracy and care
• Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal
