Your Responsibilities
• You’ll manage day-to-day administrative operations, including document processing, data entry, and record maintenance
• You’ll review and organize client files, agreements, and transaction documentation to ensure accuracy and follow-up
• You’ll support invoicing, expense tracking, and administrative reporting for the team
• You’ll prepare regular and ad-hoc reports while assisting with workflow coordination
• You’ll maintain and update databases and CRM systems, including Salesforce, to support client management efforts
• You’ll coordinate calendars, meetings, and logistics, ensuring smooth scheduling and setup
• You’ll provide general administrative and client service support, assisting with ongoing projects and ad hoc requests
Skills and Qualifications
• 1–3 years of administrative experience, ideally within real estate or a related industry
• Strong organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail
• Experience with CRM systems or Salesforce is considered an asset
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general administrative tools
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented approach

Skills and Qualifications
