Our client, a well-established player in the Canadian loyalty and financial services ecosystem, is seeking an Account Director, Banking to drive growth across key financial institution partnerships. This role sits at the intersection of data, marketing, and strategic partnerships, where insights are leveraged to shape acquisition strategies and deliver meaningful value to millions of members nationwide.

Your Responsibilities
• You’ll lead the development and execution of annual and quarterly account plans for key financial institution partners, focused on acquisition and growth
• You’ll translate complex data and market insights into actionable strategies that drive measurable campaign performance
• You’ll oversee partner performance, identifying optimization opportunities across targeting, offers, and channels
• You’ll build and maintain strong relationships with external partners, aligning on priorities and delivering transparent performance updates
• You’ll collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, analytics, finance, and digital teams to ensure aligned execution
• You’ll coach and develop team members, fostering a high-performance and collaborative environment
• You’ll lead governance activities including business reviews, planning sessions, and ongoing performance tracking

Skills and Qualifications
• 5+ years of progressive experience in marketing, partnerships, or account leadership, ideally within banking, fintech, or loyalty programs
• Proven ability to develop and execute integrated strategies that drive acquisition and growth
• Strong experience managing complex partnerships and stakeholder relationships
• Demonstrated leadership experience, with a focus on coaching and team development
• Advanced analytical and financial acumen, with proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and performance dashboards
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments
