About the Opportunity
We’re seeking a personable and highly organized Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support a high-volume recruitment team within the home services industry. In this role, you’ll support recruitment across skilled trades, warehouse, operations, and junior technical roles. You’ll work closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates to help keep hiring activity moving smoothly during a busy growth period.

You’ll gain exposure to a fast-paced recruitment environment with strong team support, training, and ready-to-use scripts to help you ramp up quickly. The first few weeks will include on-site training with your team lead and colleagues, giving you the tools and context to succeed.
Your Responsibilities
- You’ll review resumes and screen candidates independently for a variety of high-volume roles.
- In this role, you’ll support hiring activity across multiple regions, including Kingston and Ottawa.
- You’ll present qualified candidates to recruiters and help move them through the hiring process.
- You’ll connect with hiring managers to support recruitment updates and candidate flow.
- You may conduct outreach and sourcing through LinkedIn, Indeed, and the ATS when needed.
- You’ll help maintain recruitment trackers and support weekly resume submissions to hiring managers.
Skills and Qualifications
- 2+ years of recruitment or talent acquisition coordination experience.
- Strong communication skills.
- Experience screening candidates in a high-volume environment.
- Familiarity with ATS platforms, LinkedIn, and Indeed, experience with Dayforce is an asset.
- Exposure to skilled trades, operations, warehouse, or licensed-role recruitment is an asset.
- Comfortable presenting candidates and working with internal business partners.
- Full-cycle recruitment, job posting, or offer support experience is nice to have.
