About the Opportunity
Our client, a leading organization in the residential real estate sector, is launching a new function and is seeking a Senior Regional Leasing Manager to shape and lead it from the ground up. This is a high-impact leadership role focused on driving leasing performance, improving occupancy, and elevating the customer experience across a large and diverse Ontario portfolio.
You will act as a strategic partner to operations, marketing, and sales teams, while building and mentoring a high-performing leasing team. With a strong presence in the field, you will work closely with frontline staff to identify opportunities, implement best practices, and influence meaningful change that directly impacts business outcomes.

Your Responsibilities
• You’ll lead and mentor a growing team of leasing professionals, fostering a high-performance, customer-focused culture
• You’ll analyze portfolio performance and implement targeted strategies to improve occupancy, conversion rates, and leasing velocity
• You’ll collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop data-driven campaigns and optimize lead generation efforts
• You’ll travel extensively across Ontario to support property teams, conduct site visits, and reinforce best practices
• You’ll assess team performance, deliver coaching, and implement training programs to elevate leasing capabilities
• You’ll conduct market research, competitor analysis, and property audits to inform strategic decisions
Skills and Qualifications
• 7+ years of progressive experience in residential leasing, property management, or real estate sales
• Proven leadership experience managing and developing high-performing teams
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate market insights into actionable strategies
• Demonstrated success in driving leasing performance and exceeding revenue targets
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across cross-functional teams
• Proficiency in MS Office, experience with Yardi or SAP is considered an asset
