Work Schedule: Tuesdays to Saturdays from 10am-6pm (flexibility required)
About the Opportunity
Our client in the real estate sector is seeking a driven and customer-focused Residential Leasing Agent to support leasing performance across a portfolio of residential properties. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment and enjoys building relationships while delivering an exceptional experience to prospective residents.
Working closely with internal teams, you will play a key role in attracting and converting leads, showcasing properties, and ensuring a seamless leasing journey. This is an opportunity to contribute directly to occupancy goals while being part of a collaborative and high-performing environment.

Your Responsibilities
- You’ll serve as the primary point of contact for prospective residents, managing inquiries across multiple channels and delivering a professional experience
- You’ll guide prospects through the leasing journey, from initial interest to signed agreements, ensuring a smooth and engaging process
- You’ll showcase available units and highlight key features, amenities, and lifestyle benefits in a consultative manner
- You’ll support lead generation efforts through outreach, partnerships, and participation in promotional activities
- You’ll assist with application review and documentation, ensuring accuracy and alignment with internal processes
- You’ll contribute to occupancy and retention goals by supporting lease conversions and renewals
- You’ll coordinate onboarding activities for new residents, ensuring a seamless transition
- You’ll collaborate with internal teams to maintain presentation standards and support ongoing engagement initiatives
Skills and Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, leasing, or a customer-facing role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a client-focused approach
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment and manage competing priorities
- Solid organizational skills with attention to detail in handling documentation and processes
- Comfort using CRM systems or digital tools; ability to learn new systems quickly
- Professional, adaptable, and solution-oriented mindset
- Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle is considered an asset
