About the Opportunity

Our public sector client is seeking a senior Power Platform professional to support a critical application environment during a temporary parental leave coverage period. This role will help ensure continuity of operations across enterprise applications, automated workflows, and digital services relied on by internal teams across Canada.

Working within a collaborative multidisciplinary environment, you will partner with technical leads, business stakeholders, and internal IT teams to maintain and enhance low-code solutions that support day-to-day operations. Your work will directly contribute to service stability, operational efficiency, and secure delivery of business-critical applications.

Your Responsibilities

• You’ll translate business requirements into scalable Power Platform solution designs that support operational priorities.
• In this role, you’ll design, develop, configure, test, and support Canvas Apps and Model-Driven Apps using Dataverse as the primary data source.
• You’ll build Power Automate cloud flows to support approvals, notifications, workflow automation, and business process optimization.
• You’ll integrate applications with Microsoft 365 services and external systems using APIs, custom connectors, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and SQL-based data sources.
• You’ll support governance, deployment, troubleshooting, technical documentation, and post-deployment stabilization across enterprise environments.

Skills and Qualifications

• 3+ years (in the past 5 years) of progressive experience designing, developing, and supporting enterprise-scale Microsoft Power Platform solutions within large organizations
• Strong hands-on experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse
• Experience designing Canvas Apps and/or Model-Driven Apps, including custom forms, business rules, validation logic, and user experience optimization
• Knowledge of Power Platform governance, including DLP policies, environment strategy, security roles, and application lifecycle management
• Experience integrating with Microsoft 365 services, REST APIs, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and Azure DevOps
