Your Responsibilities
• You’ll provide senior-level administrative support to executives, managing calendars, emails, and day-to-day coordination
• You’ll act as a central point of contact, liaising with internal teams and external stakeholders on administrative matters
• You’ll coordinate travel, meetings, and large-scale events, ensuring seamless logistics and execution
• You’ll oversee financial tracking, including budget monitoring, invoice processing, and reporting
• You’ll prepare reports, presentations, and documentation using data, charts, and analysis
• You’ll support program and project coordination, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met
Skills and Qualifications
• 3+ years of administrative experience supporting multiple executives in a professional environment
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a high level of professionalism
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion and sound judgment
• Experience with financial tracking, reporting, or event coordination is considered an asset
