About the Opportunity

As Store Manager, you’ll be at the center of daily operations, ensuring a seamless experience for customers while leading a dynamic frontline team.

Your Responsibilities
• You’ll oversee the day-to-day operations of a large-scale flagship location, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently
• You’ll lead, coach, and support a team across multiple shifts, fostering a positive and high-performing environment
• You’ll drive sales and leasing activities, ensuring targets are met while maintaining exceptional customer service standards
• You’ll ensure the facility is consistently clean, organized, and presentation-ready, including for executive and investor visits
• You’ll manage administrative functions such as reporting, inventory, scheduling, and cash handling
• You’ll act as the point of escalation for customer concerns, resolving issues with professionalism and care
Skills and Qualifications
• 3–5 years of experience in retail, operations, or service-based leadership roles
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Proven ability to lead teams and take direction and feedback from senior leadership
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook and basic Excel
• A hands-on, proactive approach with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
