About the Opportunity
Our client, a large and well-established organization, is seeking an Administrative Services Administrator to support a key operational transition. This role plays an important part in helping business units evolve through detailed administrative coordination and investigative support, ensuring accuracy, organization, and continuity.

You will work closely with a collaborative administrative team in a professional office setting, contributing to meaningful projects that require both structure and curiosity. Your Responsibilities
• You’ll support the rebuilding of business units by organizing documentation, tracking progress, and coordinating timelines
• In this role, you’ll assist with basic investigative and claims-related tasks, gathering and verifying information and preparing summaries
• You’ll maintain both physical and digital filing systems, ensuring accuracy, accessibility, and confidentiality
• You’ll draft and manage professional correspondence, responding to inquiries and tracking follow-ups
• You’ll use multiple computer systems to input, update, and reconcile data across platforms
• You’ll apply basic math skills to validate information, perform simple calculations, and interpret reports

Skills and Qualifications
• 1+ years of administrative or clerical experience in an office environment
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional and polished approach
• High attention to detail with strong organizational and time management abilities
• Comfortable working with data, reports, and basic mathematical calculations
• A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment
