Your Responsibilities
• You’ll support the rebuilding of business units by organizing documentation, tracking progress, and coordinating timelines
• In this role, you’ll assist with basic investigative and claims-related tasks, gathering and verifying information and preparing summaries
• You’ll maintain both physical and digital filing systems, ensuring accuracy, accessibility, and confidentiality
• You’ll draft and manage professional correspondence, responding to inquiries and tracking follow-ups
• You’ll use multiple computer systems to input, update, and reconcile data across platforms
• You’ll apply basic math skills to validate information, perform simple calculations, and interpret reports
Skills and Qualifications
• 1+ years of administrative or clerical experience in an office environment
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional and polished approach
• High attention to detail with strong organizational and time management abilities
• Comfortable working with data, reports, and basic mathematical calculations
• A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment
