Our client is a respected, established organization looking for an Administrative Services Administrator to support an important operational initiative. This position is focused on providing administrative coordination and investigative support during a period of organizational transition, helping ensure processes remain accurate, organized, and on track.
Working alongside an experienced administrative team, you'll contribute to projects that require strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and the ability to manage information effectively. This opportunity is well suited to someone who enjoys working behind the scenes to keep operations running smoothly while supporting continuous improvement.

Your Responsibilities
- Support business operations by coordinating administrative tasks, tracking project progress, and maintaining organized documentation.
- Assist with information gathering and research by reviewing records, verifying details, and preparing summaries to support business decisions.
- Maintain accurate electronic and paper filing systems, ensuring records are organized, up to date, and handled confidentially.
- Draft emails and other correspondence, respond to inquiries, and monitor follow-up activities to keep work moving efficiently.
- Use multiple computer systems to enter, update, and reconcile information while maintaining data accuracy across platforms.
- Apply basic math skills to verify information, complete reconciliations, and interpret numerical data within reports.
Skills and Qualifications
- At least 1 year of administrative or office support experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including strong Excel skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication with a professional approach
- Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
- Confidence working with data, reports, and basic numerical information
- A positive attitude, adaptability, and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment
