About the Opportunity
Our client, a large public sector organization, is seeking an experienced UX Designer to support the development of innovative, AI-enabled digital products. This role sits at the intersection of design, technology, and human experience, shaping solutions that are intuitive, accessible, and impactful for a diverse range of users.
You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including engineers, product leads, and business stakeholders to bring ideas to life, from early concept through to delivery. Your Responsibilities
• You’ll own the end-to-end UX design process, from discovery and concept through to final delivery
• You’ll design user journeys, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes across web and mobile platforms
• You’ll gather and translate business and user requirements into intuitive, scalable design solutions
• You’ll incorporate user feedback and usability insights to continuously refine and improve experiences
• You’ll collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders to align on design direction and outcomes
• You’ll contribute to design systems and ensure consistency across products and platforms
Skills and Qualifications
• 6+ years of progressive UX or product design experience in complex environments
• Proven experience designing end-to-end user-centered digital products, supported by a strong portfolio
• Proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Figma
• Experience working with enterprise-level organizations and diverse user groups
• Exposure to AI or machine learning-driven products is strongly preferred
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence non-technical stakeholders
• Ability to work independently, manage ambiguity, and take initiative in fast-paced environments
