Location: Simcoe/Muskoka Region, Ontario (Fully Remote with occasional in-person strategic meetings)
Compensation: $80,000 - $90,000 Annual
Language: Strong written and verbal English communication is required

Our client, a well-established non-profit organization dedicated to community impact and social well-being, is seeking a Financial Controller to join their leadership team. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced finance professional who enjoys balancing strategic financial oversight with hands-on operational accounting in a collaborative, mission-driven environment.
Working closely with the Chief Financial Officer and organizational leadership, you’ll play a key role in supporting long-term financial sustainability, driving process improvements, and ensuring accurate, timely financial reporting. You’ll also lead and mentor a dedicated finance team while partnering cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to support programs and services that make a meaningful difference in the community.
