About the Opportunity
Our client in the healthcare and education sector is seeking a Project Coordinator, LMS Administrator to support the delivery of innovative, accessible digital learning experiences. This role sits within a forward-thinking digital innovation team focused on enhancing learning for healthcare professionals, patients, and diverse communities.
You will play a key role in shaping how learning is delivered through a modern LMS platform, integrating AI-enabled tools to improve engagement, personalization, and outcomes. Working closely with designers, developers, and subject matter experts, you will help ensure learning experiences are intuitive, impactful, and aligned with evolving digital standards.

Your Responsibilities
• You’ll administer and maintain the LMS platform, including user management, course configuration, and customized learning pathways
• You’ll leverage AI-enabled tools to enhance course delivery, learner engagement, and reporting capabilities
• You’ll collaborate with instructional designers and SMEs to support course development and integrate AI-supported workflows
• You’ll provide technical support to users, troubleshooting issues and responding to inquiries in a timely manner
• You’ll generate and analyze reports on learner activity, offering insights to improve platform effectiveness
• You’ll ensure content is accessible, well-organized, and aligned with best practices, including SCORM and WCAG standards
Skills and Qualifications
• 3+ years of experience supporting e-learning or web-based training environments
• Experience administering LMS platforms such as Docebo, with knowledge of tools like Articulate Rise and Storyline
• Familiarity with AI technologies and their application in digital learning environments
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and content management systems, with knowledge of cloud-based tools (OneDrive, Dropbox) and screen recording software (Camtasia)
• Proficiency in backend programming languages (e.g., PHP), database management (e.g., SQL, NoSQL), and experience with APIs are considered a strong asset.
• Understanding of SCORM standards, WCAG 2.1 accessibility guidelines, and UI/UX principles, with familiarity in xAPI and LRS considered an asset
• Experience using project management tools such as Trello or Asana, and content management systems like SharePoint is an asset
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across diverse teams
