You will work closely with senior leaders and cross-functional partners to ensure lease administration processes are accurate, scalable, and aligned with evolving business needs. This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys balancing operational oversight with systems, analytics, and continuous improvement in a collaborative, people-focused environment.

Join a team that values innovation, collaboration, and professional growth. You will gain exposure to enterprise-level systems, national operations, and strategic initiatives, including ERP implementation. The organization offers a culture that supports learning, internal mobility, and ongoing development, along with strong benefits, an employee savings program, and a workplace that prioritizes inclusion and engagement.

Your Responsibilities
• You’ll lead lease administration practices across regions, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and consistency in all processes
• You’ll support Regional Revenue teams with guidance on leasing operations, tenant payments, and collections
• You’ll analyze data and prepare reporting to provide insights on revenue performance and opportunities
• You’ll collaborate on ERP implementation activities, including requirements gathering, testing, and data validation
• You’ll drive process improvements and support system enhancements across leasing and revenue functions
• You’ll partner with stakeholders across corporate and regional teams to ensure priorities are delivered effectively

Skills and Qualifications
• 10+ years of experience in multi-residential property management with a focus on lease administration
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and support decision-making
• Experience working with property management systems such as Yardi, along with advanced Excel skills
• Proven ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Demonstrated leadership experience, with the ability to influence and guide teams
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
