About the Opportunity
Our client, a large public sector organization, is seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect with a strong foundation in solution architecture to support a portfolio of transformation initiatives across finance and people and culture functions. This role sits at the intersection of business and technology, helping shape how enterprise systems and services come together to support critical operations and long-term strategy.

You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams spanning finance, HR, and insurance-related services, guiding the integration of SaaS platforms with core ERP systems. This is an opportunity to influence how services are delivered at scale, with a focus on improving internal processes and enhancing digital experiences for end users.

 What’s In It for You
Join a collaborative, purpose-driven environment where thoughtful planning and long-term impact are valued. You’ll gain exposure to complex enterprise ecosystems and play a key role in initiatives that modernize core business functions. This is a workplace that values steady progress, cross-team alignment, and professionals who bring both technical depth and business perspective.

 Your Responsibilities
• You’ll lead solution architecture efforts across ERP-focused initiatives, particularly within finance and HR domains
• You’ll guide the integration of SaaS platforms, such as source-to-pay solutions, with backend ERP systems like Oracle Cloud, PeopleSoft, or SAP
• You’ll collaborate with business stakeholders to map end-to-end processes, including financial planning, procurement, and employee services
• You’ll translate business needs into scalable solution designs, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards and roadmaps
• You’ll support early-stage project planning, helping initiatives move from concept to execution
• You’ll contribute to improving digital and user experience journeys across online services

 Skills and Qualifications
• 5+ years of experience in solution or enterprise architecture, with a focus on ERP environments
• Hands-on experience with ERP implementations or integrations, ideally with Oracle Cloud, PeopleSoft, or SAP
• Strong understanding of business processes across finance or HR, including source-to-pay or workforce services
• Ability to bridge business and technical conversations, with comfort in business analysis and process mapping
• Familiarity with business architecture concepts such as capability mapping and value streams is an asset
• Experience in insurance, healthcare benefits, or public sector environments is considered beneficial
