You will work within a collaborative, cross-functional team of engineers, product leaders, and stakeholders, driving innovation through practical execution. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on ownership, challenges conventional approaches, and is motivated to create measurable impact through cutting-edge AI solutions.

This is an environment that values curiosity, experimentation, and continuous learning, offering exposure to emerging tools, frameworks, and methodologies in AI and cloud-native development.

Your Responsibilities
• You’ll design, build, and deploy AI-enabled application rewrites using C#, ASP.NET, .NET, and Azure, ensuring scalability and observability
• You’ll lead the selection and implementation of AI development tools, including coding assistants and agent-based workflows
• In this role, you’ll develop and integrate LLM-powered solutions using Azure OpenAI and related technologies, moving from prototype to production
• You’ll design and optimize RAG pipelines and vector-based architectures to meet performance and quality targets
• You’ll establish AI evaluation, testing, and quality assurance frameworks, including automated regression and safety testing
• You’ll create and document an AI-native SDLC playbook, including standards, templates, and reference architectures
• You’ll mentor team members through code reviews, pairing, and knowledge sharing

Skills and Qualifications
• 5-8+ years of progressive software development experience, including recent work with AI or LLM-based systems
• Strong proficiency in Python and C#, with experience in .NET and cloud-native development on Azure
• Demonstrated experience designing AI systems, including RAG pipelines, embeddings, and agent-based architectures
• Experience with AI/ML frameworks such as OpenAI SDKs, LangChain, or Hugging Face
• Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines, APIs, Git, and Agile delivery practices
• Proven ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences
• Strong collaboration skills and a proactive, ownership-driven mindset
