Your Responsibilities
• You’ll manage complex calendars, coordinate meetings, and support day-to-day executive priorities
• You’ll assist with fleet coordination activities, ensuring smooth tracking and communication
• You’ll prepare and process expense reports while ensuring accuracy and timeliness
• You’ll coordinate internal events and support team initiatives across the department
• You’ll oversee corporate card administration, including issuing cards, setting limits, and liaising with banking partners
• You’ll provide general administrative support to maintain efficient team operations
Skills and Qualifications
• Proven experience in an administrative or executive support role
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage confidential information with discretion
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills
• A collaborative mindset with a willingness to learn and support the team
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Proficiency in MS Office; experience with financial or fleet systems is an asset
