About the Opportunity
Our client, a large and established organization, is seeking a Senior Agile Coach to partner with experienced Agile teams and elevate how they deliver value. This is a hands-on coaching role focused on refining practices, strengthening team dynamics, and embedding Agile principles at a deeper level across the organization.

You will work closely with Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and leadership to enhance team maturity and drive meaningful, sustainable improvements. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in environments where Agile is already well-established and is passionate about helping teams reach the next level of performance and collaboration.

Your Responsibilities
• You’ll coach Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and Agile teams to deepen maturity and strengthen self-organization
• You’ll facilitate Agile ceremonies, workshops, and sessions that drive meaningful outcomes
• You’ll identify systemic impediments and influence leadership to enable lasting change
• You’ll develop and manage Agile maturity plans, backlogs, and success metrics
• You’ll deliver training and coaching to build Agile capability across teams and departments
• You’ll foster a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and learning

Skills and Qualifications
• 8–10 years of experience in Agile environments, including enterprise-level coaching
• Proven expertise with Scrum and Kanban frameworks in mature team settings
• Demonstrated experience coaching well-established Agile teams to refine and advance practices
• Strong facilitation, mentoring, and communication skills across all organizational levels
• Ability to influence change, remove complex impediments, and align teams with strategic goals
• Experience using Agile metrics to measure maturity and improve value delivery
• Advanced facilitation skills for workshops, problem-solving sessions, and team development
