You will join a collaborative HR and Finance team that values accountability, precision, and continuous improvement. Supporting a workforce of approximately 400 employees across Ontario, your work will ensure employees are paid accurately and that benefits administration is handled with care, consistency, and compliance.

Expect a workplace that prioritizes purpose-driven work, supports professional development, and values individuals who bring both technical expertise and a strong sense of ownership to their role.

Your Responsibilities
• You’ll own end-to-end semi-monthly payroll processing for Ontario-based employees, ensuring accuracy and timeliness

• You’ll act as the Dayforce system owner, supporting configuration, reporting, and process improvements
• You’ll administer employee benefits programs, including enrollments, changes, and vendor coordination

Skills and Qualifications
• 2–3 years of full-cycle payroll experience in an Ontario environment with strong compliance focus
• PCP designation is required, PLP is considered an asset
• Experience with payroll systems such as Dayforce and strong Excel skills
• Solid understanding of CRA regulations, payroll legislation, and audit processes
• High attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
