Our client in the food and beverage hospitality sector is seeking a strategic and collaborative Sourcing Manager to help shape how products and partnerships drive business success. Your Responsibilities
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies aligned with business goals, stakeholder needs, and market insights
• Lead complex sourcing projects, ensuring timely delivery and measurable outcomes
• Build and manage supplier relationships, driving value, innovation, and continuous improvement
• Analyze spend data and market trends to identify cost-saving and efficiency opportunities
• Oversee contract development and negotiations, ensuring compliance and long-term value
• Identify and mitigate supply chain risks, supporting business continuity
Skills and Qualifications
• 2-3+ years of progressive experience in sourcing, procurement, or supply chain roles
• Strong knowledge of sourcing strategies, supplier management, and contract negotiation
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and influence cross-functional stakeholders
• Analytical mindset with experience in spend analysis and cost optimization
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present and influence at all levels
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with procurement or ERP systems
