Location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid, 2–3 days on-site)

About the Opportunity
Our client, a leading organization in the retail and e-commerce space, is seeking an Analyst, Product Information to support the implementation and ongoing optimization of a next-generation Product Information Management (PIM) system. This role sits at the intersection of data, technology, and user experience, ensuring product information is accurate, complete, and effectively presented online.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams and business users, acting as a trusted resource for system guidance, troubleshooting, and training. This is an opportunity to contribute to a high-impact digital initiative while helping teams adopt new tools and processes that improve how products are brought to market.

Your Responsibilities
• You’ll serve as a subject matter expert on the PIM system, supporting implementation and ongoing enhancements
• You’ll provide Level 1 support, troubleshooting user issues and identifying root causes
• You’ll guide users on best practices for product setup to ensure accurate front-end display
• You’ll deliver training sessions, both one-on-one and in group settings, to support user adoption
• You’ll assist with user acceptance testing, ensuring system updates meet business needs
• You’ll track and analyze support tickets, identifying trends and recommending process improvements

Skills and Qualifications
• 2+ years of experience working with Microsoft Excel and Office tools, including Pivot Tables and advanced formulas
• 1+ year of experience writing basic SQL queries
• Strong data analysis skills with attention to detail
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with experience training or supporting end users
• Ability to think critically and troubleshoot technical issues
• Strong time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Experience with PIM systems, JIRA, or ServiceNow is considered an asset
