Your Responsibilities
• You’ll lead employee relations initiatives, supporting a culture of trust, engagement, and accountability
• You’ll act as a key point of contact for HR inquiries, providing guidance and solutions to employees and leaders
• You’ll oversee benefits and disability programs across Canada and the US, identifying opportunities for enhancement
• You’ll partner with leadership on investigations and ensure processes are documented and completed effectively
• You’ll manage HR systems, identifying improvements and delivering insights through reporting and dashboards
• You’ll support budgeting activities, vendor management, and cost optimization initiatives within HR
• You’ll lead employee engagement efforts, including social committees and cross-functional collaboration
Skills and Qualifications
• 5+ years of progressive HR experience, including employee relations, benefits administration, and HR operations
• Experience working with HRIS systems and generating reports and insights
• Strong knowledge of Canadian employment legislation
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Proven ability to manage confidential information with discretion
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities
• Experience working with ADP Workforce Now
