About the Opportunity
Our client, a national professional organization, is seeking a Systems and Support Manager to lead the evolution of enterprise-wide systems that power critical operations and member services. Reporting to the Director of Operations, you will play a central role in shaping how technology supports organizational effectiveness, data integrity, and user experience across the business.
This is a highly collaborative role where you will partner with internal teams, external vendors, and leadership to design, implement, and optimize systems that truly make an impact. Your Responsibilities
• You will lead the development, implementation, and ongoing optimization of corporate-wide information systems
• In this role, you will collaborate with developers and end users to ensure systems meet both technical and business needs
• You will manage system risks, troubleshoot issues, and drive timely resolutions or escalations
• You will oversee vendor relationships, contracts, and external partners supporting system functionality
• You will lead system-related projects, including planning, execution, budgeting, and stakeholder reporting
• You will support IT operations, including database administration, user access, and system security
• You will develop training materials and support resources to enhance system adoption and user experience
Skills and Qualifications
• 3+ years of experience in project management or information systems roles
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Computer Science, or a related field
• Strong knowledge of enterprise systems, including CRM platforms, CMS tools, and database management
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite
• Solid understanding of APIs, payment processing systems, and system integration concepts
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset
