About the Opportunity
Our client, a well-established organization in the residential construction sector, is seeking an In-Home Warranty Technician to join their team. This role plays a key part in delivering a high-quality homeowner experience, ensuring that every detail meets expectations well beyond possession.
You will work closely with homeowners, internal teams, and trusted trade partners to address warranty concerns with care and precision. This is a hands-on opportunity for someone who takes pride in craftsmanship and values building lasting relationships through exceptional service.

Your Responsibilities
• You’ll address pre-occupancy and post-possession homeowner concerns with professionalism and care
• You’ll conduct detailed visual inspections to assess warranty-related issues
• You’ll perform hands-on repairs, ensuring work is completed to a high standard
• You’ll coordinate and schedule service visits with subcontractors as needed
• You’ll maintain clear documentation and communication throughout the service process
Skills and Qualifications
• 3+ years of experience in residential construction or a related field
• Demonstrated knowledge of warranty programs within the homebuilding industry
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and time management
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle
• Ownership of basic tools required for hands-on repair work
